Saturday 9 - Never Say Never

It's Saturday 9 Time! Check 'em out for details.

Saturday 9: Never Say Never Again

1. Do you like James Bond films? If yes, what’s your favorite? Oh definitely! My favorite has to be the Casino Royale remake from a couple of years ago. (Daniel Craig, oh la la!)

2. Are you daring enough to go snorkeling in the water fountain at the mall? If I had any desire to, sure? What's my prize?

3. Do you sometimes hate everything and everyone around you? Yes (understanding that I really don't care for the word "hate"). ;)

4. Do you secretly or openly believe the world revolves around you? No, but I'm acquainted with many who do. (See question 3.)

5. Would you rather buy a moped or a Harley Davidson? Oh, a Harley, definitely. Would I ride it? Ummmm ... I don't know.

6. Do you water ski or ice ski? What is "ice skiing"? I ice skate though it's been quite some time. And I've been snow skiing (and water skiing for that matter) for very short periods of time (like seconds-lol). But what is this ice skiing you speak of? ;)

7. Tell us about the last time that you tailgated. I know that I've done it for short periods of time right after someone's cut me off. (No horns, flashing of lights, or rude hand gestures were involved.) But deciding that I didn't wish for my pretty car to be injured, I backed off.

8. What was the last concert that you attended? It was a boys choir a couple of months ago. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the name, but they were excellent. Really, I'd much rather go dancing. :)

9. What’s the most exotic food that you’ve ate? "Exotic" foods and I usually don't mix, so I really couldn't say. I did feel that not having the waitress hold the tomatoes on my mini Italian nachos was rather daring. I even liked them! Who knew?

Have a great weekend!

Hmmm, what is the most exotic food I have eaten? Squid and octopus. Caviar. Frogs legs. Chocolate covered ants. Fried Grasshoppers. Poi (yuk). Assorted raw fish -- my favorite being Poke (po-kay) -- and sushi. I'm apt to taste anything. I've eaten rabbit, mountain goat, bear, deer, elk, moose, and Ptarmigan.

SHE MAKES A POST WOOOT!!!! LOL. I just had to get that in. Dang why didn't I pick up on #6...very excellent my friend...Oooo you have a pimp mobile ROFLMAO...that's what they look like if ya ask me...now don't get me wrong...I love them. Beautiful car. I'm jealous...can I ride in back as you chauffer me around? Because I'm a positive believer in #4. I'll even spring for a French Maid outfit for ya :) Another good one is the prize for 2...you were on this one. Happy Saturday :)

I like your take on tailgating. A Texas girl talking about driving too close instead of partying off the back of a pickup truck.

We don't get exotic food in NJ.

I'm curious about this ice skiing thing myself. I've never been water skiing because I don't swim, but I've been in the tow boat and that's always fun.

Quilly: Oh yes, I've had caviar. I forgot. And I do try, but you're obviously more adventuresome than I. :)

Thom: I just got the car to haul around my surf boards ... if I had any. LOL Bur from the moment I got in it, it has been a joy to drive. So, I'll be your chauffeur, any day, sans maid's outfit. You'll thank me later. ;)

Nessa: It wasn't until I read Thom's that I even considered an alternative definition for "tailgating." LOL (Not that I don't love a good party.) But a Texas girl? lol The folks around here will always consider me a foreigner. :)

Travis: Yeah, the best part of water skiiing for me was always riding around in the boat. :)

Oh I'm sure of that :) *wink

no!!!!!!!
Sean Connery is the only Bond ;)

Thom: whatEVER! LOL

Dianne: It's only because Daniel's rendition of Bond reminds me of the swagger and charm of Sean that I like him so much. Sean is the original, and hence is the best, but I still liked Casino Royale. :D

I used a different definition of tailgaiting than you did. I suppose because my son has gone to the Packer stadium and been at a tailgate party.
Interesting answers.
